We work to keep project information accurate and current. Details such as specifications, facilities, distances and layouts are provided for general information; please confirm the details that matter to you with management before booking.

Prices

• Prices shown are the current standard rates for Mayar Villas and Tasneem Garden and are stated in Pakistani rupees (PKR).
• Prices may be revised. The price that applies to you is the one agreed in your booking documents.
• Standard prices are shown on the website. Final negotiation, where applicable, is discussed directly with management during a physical meeting.
• Older advertisements or images may show earlier prices. The current standard rates are those published on this website.

Payment illustrations

The price calculator shows illustrations only. Monthly amount is an illustration based on equal payments. Flexible payment arrangements may be discussed with management. The calculator does not create a financing agreement, an offer or a contract.

Bookings and ownership

Any booking is subject to the documents agreed with HUD HUD Marketing (Pvt) Ltd. Under the standard Mayar Villas payment plan, possession is given after 50% of the agreed amount is paid, and legal transfer is completed after full payment. Tasneem Garden terms are set out on its project page. The terms agreed in your booking documents govern your purchase.

Investment

Information on the Investors page is a summary. An investment is made only under a signed Real Estate Partnership Agreement with HUD HUD Marketing (Pvt) Ltd, whose terms govern profit, loss, security, lock-in and exit. Nothing on this website is an offer of guaranteed returns.

Images and drawings

Drawings and some images on this website are illustrations and may not show the exact home, finishes or surroundings you purchase.

Site visit requests

Submitting a site visit request does not reserve a property. Our team will contact you to confirm a time.

Links to other services

This website links to services such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
