Who we are

HUD HUD Marketing (Pvt) Ltd is a residential property company based in Peshawar. We develop and market residential projects where families can buy a plot, or a home that is constructed for them, and pay for it in a way that fits a household budget.
Our current projects are Mayar Villas, on Main G.T Road near the Motorway Toll Plaza, and Tasneem Garden, behind City University on the Northern Bypass. As further projects are added, they will appear on our projects page.

Our philosophy
Buying property is the largest decision most families make. It should be made with clear numbers, a clear plan and documents you have seen with your own eyes.
Homes sized for families
We focus on 3 to 10 Marla plots and homes, in locations with a masjid, a market and a school close by.
A price you can check yourself
Our standard rates are published per Marla. You can work out the total for any size before you call us, and compare it with anything else you are considering.
Construction to a stated standard
Homes are built to a stated specification. At Mayar Villas: A+ grade construction, 9-inch walls and an RCC slab, with electricity meter, bore and solar. At Tasneem Garden: homes use A1 material, and construction on your own plot comes in a standard (A+ structure) or premium (A1) finish.
Payment structured around families
An advance of 25–30%, installments over up to three years, and possession at 50%. Flexible arrangements can be discussed with management.
Transparent from first visit to transfer
Standard prices are on this website. Final negotiation, where applicable, happens face to face with management.

Maximum installment duration is 3 years (36 months). Standard prices are shown on the website. Final negotiation, where applicable, is discussed directly with management during a physical meeting.
